A little about our scholarships

James T. Bailey of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity was the National Pan-Hellenic, Incorporated President from 1972-1974. In honor of his phenomenal leadership, we award a collegiate fraternity member a scholarship bearing his name.

Cassandra L. Black of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was the National Pan-Hellenic, Incorporated President from 1999-2003. In honor of her stellar leadership, we award a collegiate sorority member a scholarship bearing her name.


All eligible college students are encouraged to apply. Contact scholarships@nphcdallas.org for an application.

All scholarship applicants must:
Be an Undergraduate Male member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Dallas.

Cassandra L. Black Achievement Award
